Jayshree Periwal International School (formerly known as Step by Step International School) was founded in 2011 in the pink city of Jaipur, Rajasthan with an aim of offering quality international education. JPIS is proud to have been the first to introduce and to pioneer IB education in the state of Rajasthan. To cater to the burgeoning need for IB education, JPIS has been expanding and now has a student population of 2300.

Majority of the students are day boarders and follow the timings of 8:00 am to 16:30 pm with approximately 450 students who are part of the hostel. The school aims to provide an international experience and thus, currently, 10% of the student population comprises of international students.

The school also believes in the philosophy of assisting both need as well as merit-based students with aid. Currently, 20% of the student population receive scholarships from the school.
