Aditya Kotibhaskar brings over two decades of leadership in finance, investment, and strategic management to his role as Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor at XellED.
His global experience spans senior positions across the UAE, UK, and India, where he has advised on and executed complex transactions across capital markets, project finance, and corporate investment strategy.
As the Managing Director and Chief Investment and Financial Officer of Al Khaleej Investment PSC, Aditya oversees the financial stewardship of a prominent listed investment vehicle. His career includes pivotal roles at institutions such as Mashreq, Nomura, Lehman Brothers, and Arthur Andersen, where he led origination and execution platforms in the investment banking and advisory space.
An MBA graduate from London Business School and a rank-holder Chartered Accountant by training, Aditya brings both analytical precision and long-term vision to XellED.

A visionary in the field of standardized test preparation, Abhinav Garg has spent over two decades shaping the academic futures of students worldwide.
An engineer by degree but an educator by passion, Abhinav has consistently demonstrated academic excellence, securing a 99.95 percentile in the CAT multiple times and earning admission into prestigious IIMs.
In 2017, Abhinav co-founded SAT n Paper, a revolutionary test prep initiative, after successfully coaching his daughter to a 1580 SAT score on her first attempt.
Since then, he has been at the forefront of redefining SAT and standardized test preparation, personally mentoring over 7,500 students and building India’s largest one-on-one online SAT coaching platform.
Under his leadership, SAT n Paper has trained students from 72 countries, transforming how students approach high-stakes exams.
Abhinav’s ability to decode standardized testing with precision has not only propelled students toward top-tier universities but also reshaped the global test prep landscape.

Viral Doshi completed his schooling from The Cathedral and John Connon School, Mumbai. Subsequently he finished his ‘A’ levels from England and graduated in engineering from Cornell University, USA in 1981.
After spending his initial years in the banking industry in the US followed by a stint in setting up a super alloys manufacturing unit near Mumbai he made a career switch eighteen years ago to follow his passion of helping young people access opportunities for higher learning and choose their optimal career paths. This was the birth of Viral Doshi Associates a company which he founded and which today provides, students in the age group of 14-25 a comprehensive portfolio of services ranging from psychometric testing and mentoring to career and college planning. He operates out of Mumbai and has offices in Dubai, Singapore, London and New York.
He is also an advisor to several educational institutes in India and overseas and is on the board of the Tata Trust Education Committee and NDTV. He writes regularly on careers and education for magazines, newspapers and online portals and is also a regular speaker at schools, colleges, conferences and conducts workshops and seminars at YPO, FICCI and EO chapters nationwide.
An active member and ex-President of the Cathedral Alumni Association, he also co-authored a coffee table book – “Undefiled Heritage– a History of the 150years of Cathedral School, Mumbai” and most recently a National Bestseller – “Indian Roots Ivy Admits – 101 Essays that got Indian Students into the IVY LEAGUE and STANFORD”.

With an MBA in Finance (1998) and an impressive 99.99 percentile in CAT (Verbal section), Monika Garg has been a driving force in the education sector for over 20 years.
Her journey began in academia, teaching MBA students at top universities, before transitioning into test preparation, where she began coaching students for CAT Exam required for IIM MBA admissions in 2002.
Her expertise extends beyond competitive exams—Monika recognized the need for structured after-school tutoring and began working with students from Grades 6-10 in 2012, laying the foundation for personalized academic coaching.
This passion culminated in co-founding SAT n Paper in 2017, where she played a pivotal role in developing a highly effective, streamlined curriculum that has since trained over 2,500 students internationally.
Monika’s meticulous approach to test preparation, coupled with her strategic insight into global admissions, ensures that students are not just test-ready but holistically prepared for their academic journeys.

Previously, Harpreet served as a Public Policy and Digital Media Communications Advisor to the Government of Chhattisgarh, driving impactful initiatives. Coming from a family of educators, Harpreet is deeply passionate about education, having advised senior civil servants to pursue advanced studies at elite institutions such as Harvard, Princeton, and Cambridge. A former Leadership Fellow at the European University Institute in Florence, Harpreet combines global perspectives with a commitment to transformative change.

William Glenn brings over 16 years of experience in education, having taught in both the UK and UAE. A graduate of Roehampton University with a specialism in Primary Education, he has spent the past decade working in an outstanding international school, shaping young learners’ journeys and supporting their transition into secondary education.
Throughout his career, William has combined high academic standards with a focus on pupil wellbeing. As a long-standing subject leader, he successfully guided his department to achieve the highest possible ratings in every KHDA inspection. His commitment to innovation saw him establish and lead a national gifted and talented programme, designing academic Olympiads and supporting students to compete successfully on both national and international stages.
An expert in CAT4 testing and highly experienced with the ISEB (Independent Schools Examinations Board) assessments, William has played a key role in developing modern, engaging curricula that balance rigour with enjoyment, preparing children to thrive as global citizens.
